We believe registered purebred and percentage Kiko does, on the whole, are genetically superior to that of any other meat goat breeding stock.  For this reason, pedigreed Kikos are a major focus of what we do at TCF.

That said, there are always exceptional does from other breeds.  When we find them, we enter them into our registered cross breeding program to take advantage of hybrid-vigor or "the best of both worlds".

Advantages of Does from Kiko sired genetics:

• Extremely high parasite resistance, reduced de-worming.

• Slow hoof growth, rarely requires management.

• Ability to sustain itself and offspring on browse with little to no feed supplementation.

• Females capable of birthing and caring for newborns without assistance and with no regard to weather conditions.

• High twinning rates and excellent milk production.

• Highly fertile females that breed back quickly.

TCF has doe herds with breeding programs in place for the following:

• Purebred Kiko Does & Bucks

• 50%, 75%, and 7/8ths Kiko Does

• 50/50 Genemaster Does & Bucks

All TCF Percentage and Purebred doelings are eligible for registration with either the IKGA or the AKGA. Pricing may vary between registration affiliation as required tests/fees for certain pedigree levels differ between the two registries.  Pricing for TCF doelings include all first year vaccinations, electronic microchip ID, any registry required DNA testing, and registration and transfer of the animal with the Kiko registry of your choice.

"ELITE" SERIES DOES - Does or doelings [of any percentage or pedigree level]
which have met and exceeded all TCF cull factors, exhibit flawless production-based conformation standards, and exhibit performance scored growth rates [ADGS] that we believe to be within the top 1% in the United States. "Elite" series does may be sired by any TCF Purebred Kiko herdsire.

"ATHENA" SERIES PUREBRED DOES - Does or doelings that are Purebred [by AKGA definition], have met and exceeded all TCF cull factors, have met registration-worthy growth rates, having been sired by TCF Purebred Herdsire Apollo.

"MAMASITA" SERIES PUREBRED DOES - Does or doelings that are Purebred [by
AKGA definition], have met and exceeded all TCF cull factors, have met registration-worthy growth rates, having been sired by TCF Purebred Herdsire Papasito.
