Cabrito,
feeder goats, chevon, goat meat...whatever you may call it, it's
good and good for you! Based on USDA data, goat meat
consumption in the United States has grown at a rate of 21% since
1991. Meat goat populations simply have not expanded enough in
recent years, and are still losing ground to rocketing demand.
TCF's feeder goat
program focuses on developing healthy, lean wethers and bucks
ranging from 60 to 100 lbs. At weaning, these animals are
isolated and placed on pasture with a feedlot ration of 14% protein
derived from organic content.
TCF's feeder goat
customer base consists of individuals seeking animals for personal
consumption, groups observing religious ceremony, and larger
slaughter firms as well. Additionally, our load out barn will
easily accommodate tractor trailers for load lot buyers.
Pricing for TCF
